The Michigan Regional Student Production Awards for excellence, which promotes best practices to university/college and high school students, is intended to be an incentive for the pursuit of excellence in television journalism and focus public attention on outstanding achievements in television produced by university/college and high school students.
The Foundation of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announces winner of the 2018 National Student Production Awards at Emerson College in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles, CA – Thursday, October 18th , 2018 – Winners of the 3 rd Annual competition of The National Student Production Awards were announced at Emerson College in Los Angeles, CA, today, hosted by television personality, Tom Bergeron. The Foundation of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) presents this competition annually which includes 23 programming and craft categories honoring student productions from across the country. The event was live streamed on the Academy’s social media channels and website.

High school & college students are recipients of a NATAS – Michigan Regional Student Production Award. Schools and students may not use the Emmy® name or replica of the Emmy® statue in any form of school publications, commercial advertising and promotions. A photo of the Student Production Award may be used in promotions.
